Routina Club

Say it. Your day takes shape.

Routina Club is a calm planner for your phone and the web. Write a task the way you’d say it. The day, the repeat and the tag sort themselves out.

Free forever essentials · no card

iPhone and Android store releases are on the way. Start on the web today.

Today in Routina Club, with a quiet list of tasks for home and work.
Your day in view. One thing in focus.

Keeping it all in your head is a full-time job.

Appointments, errands, mom’s birthday, the thing you promised. It all floats in your head and resurfaces at 2 a.m. Not because you’re disorganized. Because heads aren’t for storage.

Who it’s for
People who carry a home, a job and other people’s birthdays in one head, and would rather put it down than organise it.
What it does
Holds your tasks and lists, puts them on the right day, reminds you on time and lays the day out in order.
Where it works
In any browser today. Add it to your Home Screen like an app. Your tasks live on your device first and work offline.
What it costs
Nothing to start. Reminders, repeats and the daily plan stay free for good, with no upgrade nagging.

A day you can read in one glance.

Today: tasks for home and work, with completed tasks below.

One task, one timer.

The rest of the day stays quiet.

Your focus session stays in view on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

  1. 1

    You say it

“Doctor tomorrow at 10, gym tonight, flowers for mom”

Say it on iPhone or type it anywhere. One sentence can hold three tasks.

  2. 2

    It finds the day

10:00 Doctor · 19:00 Gym · Today Buy flowers for mom

Times land on the timeline; the rest waits on the right day without a time.

  3. 3

    It reminds you

    Doctor appointment · 10:00

A notification on your phone or in the browser, when it matters, not a badge that never clears.

  4. 4

    You tick it off

Done is done. A repeating task simply moves on to its next date.

How your data is used →

Why we made it.

Most planners are built for people who love planning. We made Routina Club for everyone else: the person carrying a household, a job and a dozen promises in their head, who would rather put it all down than organise it.

So it asks for one sentence, not a form. It never piles up red. It works on the train. And the parts that keep a day together (reminders, repeats, the daily plan) are free for good.

We’re a small team, and we read every message. If something feels off, tell us at routina.club/support.

Questions, answered plainly.

Is it really free?

Yes. Tasks, lists, reminders, repeats and the daily plan are free with no limit and no trial clock. Membership adds more room for the assistant. It never takes away what you already use.

Is there an iPhone app?

The iPhone app is on its way to the App Store. Until then, Routina Club runs in Safari: tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”, and it opens like an app.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Add, complete and move tasks offline. Changes sync when you’re back online. The assistant and connected services need an internet connection.

How do I set a date without picking one?

Write it into the task: @tomorrow, @friday, @2w for a day; @mondays or @monthly for a repeat; #home for a tag; !high for priority; ~30m for how long it takes. Try it at the top of this page.

Where is my data, and who sees it?

Your tasks live on your device and sync through our servers so they’re on every device you sign in to. There are no ads inside, and nothing is sold. This landing page uses self-hosted OpenPanel for usage statistics. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits; Yandex Metrica is available only on Russian pages. Using the assistant sends your request and relevant task context to a language-model provider. Our Privacy Policy explains how this works.

Can I leave?

Any time. Delete your account in Settings and everything in it is erased. No email to write, no form to fill.

Put it down tonight.
