The problem isn't you
Keeping it all in your head is a full-time job.
Appointments, errands, mom's birthday, the thing you promised — it all floats in your head and resurfaces at 2 a.m. Not because you're disorganized. Because heads aren't for storage.

Sound familiar?
“I’ve tried the apps.”
Five minutes of filling in little fields per task. By Thursday you’re back to sticky notes and hoping.
“I stopped opening it.”
Thirty overdue tasks glaring in red. The app built to calm you down became the thing you avoid.
“I remembered too late.”
The flowers came to mind exactly when the shops closed. Your head kept the task — and hid the timing.
It's not a discipline problem. It's a storage problem.
The calmer way
Say it. Your day takes shape.
Just say what you need — the day composes itself around it. You stay in control.

One sentence, zero fields
“Book the barber before July 10” — the date is already set. You fill in nothing by hand.
🌙
No red wall, ever
Repeats collapse into “today,” not thirty debts. It suggests and asks — it never shames.
🧭
Right thing, right time
A calm timeline, gaps it can see, a morning start and an evening wind-down. Flowers — while the shops are open.

Why another one
Planners split into two camps. Neither one is quite it.
One camp moves your day around and hopes you don't mind. The other is lovely and leaves the work to you. We sat down in the gap between them.
Camp one
It plans for you — and tells you after.
Powerful, and unsettling. You open the app and something has moved. Credits run down, the schedule reshuffles overnight, and one day you stop trusting it with anything that matters.
Camp two
Calm, beautiful, and all on you.
No jargon, no pressure — and every field is yours to fill, every morning. It works for a week. By Thursday the plan is stale and the sticky notes are back.
Routina Club
It composes the day — then asks.
Say it in one sentence: the fields fill themselves, the day lays out by the hour, and it hands the plan back for you to approve. Nothing is rearranged behind your back.
Same quiet as camp two. Same heavy lifting as camp one. You stay the one who decides.

Before you hand over your week
Fair questions.
Is it actually free, or free until it matters?
Free. Reminders, repeats and your day plan are the reflexes of a planner — putting a price on them would be charging you for calm. Membership buys sync, other people, long history and power tools.
Does it work without a connection?
Mostly. Your plan is kept on your device as well as on our servers, so it opens instantly on the train and on the plane, and your changes catch up when you're back. The assistant and voice need a connection.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not in the App Store yet — we'd rather say so than put up a button that goes nowhere. Routina Club runs in the browser today and installs to your home screen like an app, reminders included.
Can I get my things out again?
Any time. One button in settings downloads everything you've written as a single readable file, and deleting your account really deletes it.
Where does my data actually sit?
On your device, and on servers in Germany for the parts that sync. The privacy page says exactly what is stored and why, in plain words.
