Write to us

Questions, problems or ideas: hello@routina.club. You can also send a request from the app itself. A person reads every message.

It helps to say what you expected, what happened instead, and where — web, desktop or iPhone. A screenshot often saves a round trip.

Membership and billing

Cancel or change a plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. To switch plans or cancel, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Routina Club on iPhone. Membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Lifetime. One payment, with no renewal to cancel. Assistant usage limits still apply.

Restore a purchase. On a new phone, or after reinstalling, sign in to the same Routina Club account and tap “Restore purchases” on the membership screen.

Refunds. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Settings as well.

Reminders aren’t arriving

On iPhone, check that notifications for Routina Club are allowed in Settings → Notifications.

On the web, notifications are switched on per browser: open Settings → Notifications in Routina Club and turn on Push notifications. If you declined the browser’s prompt earlier, allow notifications for routina.club in the browser’s site settings first.

Day-level reminders (“on the day”, “1 day before”) fire at your default reminder time, in your own timezone — both are in the same Settings tab.

Something looks out of date

Routina Club works offline and catches up when the connection returns, so a device that was offline can be a few minutes behind. Reopening the app or reloading the page brings everything up to date.

Your data

Export. Settings → Privacy & data → Export data gives you everything in your account as one file.

Delete your account. Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. It removes the account and everything in it, including workspaces you own. This can’t be undone, so export first if you want to keep anything.

Privacy and terms

What we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy; the rules of use and membership are in the Terms of Use.
