The short version
Routina Club keeps your plan so you don’t have to. We use your data to run the product and to make it better. We don’t sell it, we don’t show ads inside Routina Club, and we never use what you write to target ads.
What we collect
Account. Email address and name. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we get only what that sign-in shares. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash.
Your content. Tasks, lists, notes, plans, reminders, time logs, files you attach, and voice recordings if you dictate or send a voice message.
Settings and devices. Your preferences, push notification tokens, and for each signed-in device its IP address, device or browser type and approximate location (city) — so you can see and end your sessions.
Connected calendars. If you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar, we keep a secure access key and a read-only copy of the events you choose to show. Events from your iPhone’s own calendar stay on the device.
Membership. Your subscription or lifetime purchase and its status. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card details.
Usage and diagnostics. Which features are used, crash reports and error details, and app and system versions. This never includes the contents of your tasks.
Support. Messages you send us and any screenshot or diagnostics you choose to attach.
How you found us. The campaign or site that brought you to Routina Club, and on the web advertising identifiers. See Advertising and measurement.
How we use it
To provide Routina Club and sync it across your devices; to send reminders and account emails; to answer support requests; to keep the service secure and prevent misuse; to understand how the product is used and improve it; and to measure our advertising.
Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on our agreement with you to provide the service, on our legitimate interest in keeping it secure and improving it, and on your consent for advertising cookies and tracking.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run Routina Club. Each gets only what it needs for its job and processes it on our behalf:
- hosting and storage — our servers are in the European Union;
- language-model providers such as OpenAI, Google and Anthropic — the text or recording involved when you use the assistant, smart search or voice input;
- email delivery — sign-in links and account emails;
- Apple, Google and Mozilla push services — to deliver your reminders;
- Sentry — crash and error reports;
- OpenPanel, run on our own server — product usage statistics;
- Apple and Adapty — to process purchases and manage membership status;
- Google and Microsoft — only if you connect their calendars;
- advertising partners — as described below.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside your country; where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
The assistant and your data
The assistant, smart search and voice features can send your request, relevant task or list context, and recordings you choose to send to a language-model provider. These features need an internet connection. Ordinary task editing can work offline.
Review the data-sharing notice before enabling these features. This permission is separate from advertising cookies. In the web app, you can turn sharing off in Settings → Productivity. You can keep using your tasks, reminders and day plan without the assistant. Its suggestions can be wrong; review important changes before relying on them.
Advertising and measurement
We advertise Routina Club on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google, and measure which ads bring people who stay.
On the landing page. We use OpenPanel on our own server for page views, button clicks, scroll depth and campaign attribution. Optional Google Analytics cookies measure visits and registration after you agree. Yandex Metrica is used only on Russian-language pages and only after you agree. Session recording is off. These services receive visit events and browser/network information, never form values or task content. You can reject optional cookies or change your choices using Cookie settings. Your choice lasts up to six months; optional first-touch campaign attribution lasts up to 90 days. A browser Global Privacy Control signal disables optional analytics and advertising.
In the web app. With your permission, routina.club uses advertising pixels and cookies from these platforms. When you sign up, our server may also tell them about that event, sending a hashed (unreadable) email and account id, advertising identifiers and basic browser details — never your name or anything you write in Routina Club. In the UK, the EU and Switzerland none of this happens unless you choose “Allow”. Elsewhere it is on by default. You can turn it off below at any time.
On iPhone. The app does not use your device’s advertising identifier and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. If you came to Routina Club from one of our ads in the App Store, Apple tells us which campaign it was.
These platforms handle the data under their own privacy policies. We keep advertising identifiers for up to 90 days.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete its data; backups and logs are cleared on their regular schedule, and we may keep statistics that no longer identify you. Technical and security records — such as support requests, advertising identifiers and short notes on refused assistant requests — are deleted automatically after about 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can export everything in Settings → Privacy & data → Export data, edit your details in Settings, and delete your account in Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. You can turn off notifications, advertising cookies and tracking at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, write to hello@routina.club.
Children
Routina Club is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. If a change matters, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app.
Stik
Routina Club is run by Vitalii Maar, who is responsible for your data (the data controller). Questions about privacy or your data: hello@routina.club.
