About these terms
Routina Club is a personal planner on the web, desktop and iPhone, run by Vitalii Maar (“we”, “us”). These terms are the agreement between you and us. By using Routina Club you accept them.
Your account
You need to be at least 13, and old enough where you live to accept these terms. Keep your sign-in to yourself: what happens through your account is your responsibility.
Your content
What you write in Routina Club is yours. You let us store, sync and process it only to run the features you use. We don’t claim ownership of it and don’t publish it.
Fair use
Don’t use Routina Club to break the law or harm others, and don’t try to disrupt the service, get around its limits or access what isn’t yours. This includes trying to make the assistant ignore its rules. We may limit a feature or suspend an account that does.
The assistant
The assistant helps with your tasks, lists and plans. Its suggestions can be wrong, so check anything important before you rely on it. Usage limits apply, as shown in the app.
Iscrizione
The core of Routina Club is free for good: reminders, repeating tasks, the day plan and an unlimited number of tasks. Membership adds more on top.
Plans. Membership is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The price for your country and the billing period are shown before you confirm the purchase. Purchases are made in the iPhone app; the website does not currently accept payments.
Free trial. Eligible subscribers can try the yearly plan free for 7 days. The offer and price after the trial are shown before you start. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is charged when the trial ends.
Lifetime. A lifetime purchase is paid once and does not renew. It has no recurring subscription to cancel. Assistant usage limits still apply; lifetime does not mean unlimited language-model usage. Check the features and local price shown at purchase.
Renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase and on each renewal.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting your Routina Club account does not cancel the subscription — cancel it in Settings as well.
Refunds and price changes. Purchases in the App Store are handled by Apple, and refunds follow Apple’s rules. If the price changes, you’ll be told in advance as the App Store requires.
The iPhone app
If you got Routina Club from the App Store, Apple’s standard licence agreement applies too. Where it differs from these terms on the app licence, Apple’s agreement wins.
The service
We work to keep Routina Club available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change over time. Export your data now and then — Settings → Privacy & data → Export data.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & data; your data goes with it. We may close an account that breaks these terms and will tell you why, unless the law doesn’t allow us to.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app before it takes effect.
